Steps

  • Zest 4 lemons
  • Bake zest in a low oven for 15-20 minutes then crush into powder
  • Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of dried zest in a bowl and add 1 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp onion powder.
